Lets meet!

During this initial free meeting, we will learn about you and create a list of project objectives as per your vision regarding desired size, function, and aesthetic of spaces.
After the meeting, we provide a quote detailing the specific services and fees for your project.

We Design

Once you have reviewed the quote and approved the contract, we start work on your design.

During the design stage we will work with you to ensure that we are headed in the right direction and that you are happy with your design.

Design Development

At this point we present you with detailed drawings, illustrating more aspects of your design using 3D modelling software to help you visualize your project. Our collaborative meetings with you is especially important at this stage as we discuss possible modifications to the project. At the end of this stage, we present you with drawings of the final floor plans and exterior elevations,

in addition of renderings from the 3D models.

Approval

We will navigate your project through each and every permit that your developer and/or municipality requires.

Built!

We provide a set of construction drawings to be used by your builder and we continue to be available to assist during the construction process as well. Let’s talk about how we can help.
